Important News when upgrading to QuickBooks 2010

3500/3700 MASTER RESET
Master Reset should only be used if the time clock is behaving completely erratically. This procedure will clear the entire time clock memory and reset the program to the original factory defaults.

Adding Time Cards By Hand
Adding time on a calculator will not give you the accuracy (hundredths of minutes) that is necessary to accurately add time when computing payroll. The Pyramid Time Clock contains a chip with the mathematical formula necessary to guarantee that time accuracy.

Emergency Punch Download

Initializing the M-3500
You must initialize the M-3500 if it is a new unit, it has already been in use, but has been unplugged from AC current for more than 72 hours, or it is required to change the 12/24-hour mode after the time has been set.
